MEET THE OWNER OF BALANCE WITH KEL
Kelly started Balance With Kel in 2019 as she wanted to share her love for yoga. She wanted to share all the amazing benefits she found for her health with others. It is a really honour to share the beautiful practice of yoga with others. Kelly believes that yoga should be accessible to all ability levels and always offers options to soften and deepen the practice, so that you can practice at your level to suit your body. Kelly teaches different styles of yoga so you can choose which suits you best. With Hatha, Yin, Gentle and Chair Yoga to choose from.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is about movement, body and breath connection, strengthening and stretching . Hatha Yoga involves holding postures for a little longer and is perfect for those who want to get deeper into the stretch and explore how their bodies are feeling.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a restorative and meditative class well-known by its long and supported pose holds that gently stretch and revitalise connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons and fascia. Unique to this style we allow the muscles to remain at ease while holding the posture in a restful state
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a wonderful way to truly stretch out the body and slow down the breath. This class is a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Perfect if you would like a deeply relaxing class. Connect breath, body and mind
Chair Yoga
Our Chair Yoga class is a gentle form of yoga using a chair for additional support. Most of the exercises are done while sitting on, leaning on or holding onto a chair. It is a great way to practice yoga for people of all ages and those with limited mobility. Yoga is something that can never be started too late
What My Clients Say About Me
Kelly is an excellent teacher. In a welcoming atmosphere, with a lovely group of people. Kelly explains and demonstrates very well. You don’t feel under any pressure to do the pose if you think it may be difficult for you. It’s so wonderfully relaxing and helped teach me to regulate my breathing. I’m much more flexible now. Highly Recommended. Betty
